Welcome to Suffern High School's AVID Program

The Ramapo Central School District has been participating in the AVID program since 2007. It was originally implemented in the Middle School and is now offered at the High School. Students from the Middle School who will be Freshmen this year have had at least one year of experience as AVID students. We have taken basic information about AVID from the program's web page and pasted it into this page to provide a quick look at what AVID is all about. A link to AVIDonline is below the quick facts.
